Easy Returns

If you do decide to return your item, make sure you do so within 30 days of delivery. As long as it’s unworn and in its original condition, we’re happy to offer you a full refund or exchange for something else.

FYI: 

Once your returned item gets back to us, we will give it a check over to make sure it’s in its original condition. This means:

• It hasn’t been washed. 

• It’s just like we sent it. 

If your item meets this description, we’re happy to offer you a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange if your item is deemed unfit for resale. 

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ensure the item is returned safely. So make sure any item(s) are well packed and sealed. We would recommend sending your returns using a Recorded Delivery service for your peace of mind, and ours. 

We aim to refund items within 3 working days of receiving your item(s). Please allow up to 14 working days to see the refund in your account. 

UK Shipping  

We use Royal Mail 48 hours with confirmation of delivery at a flat rate of £3.50 / order 

International Shipping

Zone 1 - Spain, Sweden, France, Netherlands, Croatia  - £7.50 / Order 

Zone 2 - Ireland, Lithuania, Belgium, Italy, Greece, Germany, Poland, Cyprus - £8.40 / Order 

Zone 3 - USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Malta, Denmark, Latvia, Finland,

Czech Republic, Austria, Portugal - £13 / Order 

 All shipments to Zones 1-3 are sent Royal Mail Tracked International. 

If you order from any countries not listed in our approved shipping zones 1-3 (see above), then we do not guarantee delivery and any lost mail will not be compensated. 

Shipments outside of zones 1-3 may not be shipped with tracked postage if the service is not available with Royal Mail. All ROW shipments will be charged in line with zone 3 shipping rates.  

Delivery Times 

Once we have received your order, we will aim to have it to you within 3-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified by email and provided with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
